This routine includes 3 workouts and 3 results tables that allow you to workout and track your progress and weights for each session over 6 weeks. The Exercises are not complicated and there are photos on how to perform each so that anyone can do them. The routine includes a mobility program to help keep you in good physical condition. Each workout has a warmup prior to starting, to reduce the likelihood of injury.
